Rent a Home

In select manufactured home communities, we offer homes for rent. Renting a home can be a great option for people who know they’ll be temporarily living in a particular location, like for a work assignment. Travel nurses, construction workers, seasonal workers and the like choose to rent homes from Monte Christo Communities. Renting is also an option for people who are not ready to buy a home but might be seeking a single-family detached home, outdoor space to call their own, and community.

Unlike some home-rental companies, we offer homes that are embedded in community. The homes are taken care of by our on-site community leaders and maintenance staff. To ensure our communities remain safe, clean, and pleasant, potential renters fill out an application, which is carefully reviewed by our staff.
