  David is very cool, Intelligent and properly communicative. The park is quiet, even though theres kids running around. It's a  little old but they do a good job with keeping up with maintenance and they are on repairs very quickly. The laundry room is nice, they just put in new dryers and they have a mobile app for viewing times/paying for laundry. I've only been here a few months but it definitely feels like home. Our nearby neighbors are quiet and so far, fairly kind. Not a lot of drama. I hope to stay here a while.

  The park Manager David is very down to earth and active in the community, I moved in in April this year and the overall experience has been amazing. I would highly recommend. Other tenants are very nice and neighborly. A very peaceful place to live overall. 😊

  I have lived in the Gold Hill Mobile Home  Park for 8 years and have seen a few community leaders come and go. Out of most.of them David has been the best.  He's always ready to help,has a smile on his face and is working hard at getting the park to look better. He's is very friendly and I am glad he is here Keep up the good work.

  David was a great manager. Paper work and communication was perfectly delivered. Was in and out fast. Less than 24 hours and was all set. Helped set RV do to my knee being out. Highly recommended

  This park is in a very nice and isolated area thats quite peaceful. Management has been making large strides since arriving at the park. Trees have been taken out, gravel has been brought in and when theres an issue and its brought to Davids attention he applies himself to getting it taken care of in a timely manner!

  I went by to get on the vendor list and look at a unit.  The park manager David was amazing ! Super helpful.  Kind.  Informative and most importantly honest ! I would highly recommend doing buissness with them
