The property manager, Robin, provides the most excellent customer service. I was researching RV parks for a temporary stay in West Sacramento and this location was my first choice. Robin returned my call almost immediately even though she was not technically working that day and promised to send me the application the very next day. Completing the application was a breeze and I was approved. Once that was done, Robin was in touch to coordinate my move in day and the other logistics. I ultimately had to choose another property because of needing WiFi, but I want to share what a great experience this process was because of Robin’s knowledge and responsiveness. The office manager along with the maintenance lead do an outstanding job in our community. Ryan in the office makes sure our calls are returned ideally within a day. When I have a concern he has taken care of it right as I walked in. Community is clean, orderly, posts rules on our doors for reminders of what is expected of us all, professional, approachable, and friendly. I am glad I chose this community.

Had a great experience moving into west Sac MH & RV park. Ryan is extremely professional and accommodating. We have a few challenges getting things together and Ryan was available every step of the way. The park is clean & well managed. We are pleased with the decision to move here.

Angel and I moved in on Monday. Leilani was fantastic and flexible getting our application through and helping with our Tiny Home space. The park is so cute and people are friendly and nice. Lots of Dogs, cats and kids which is fun and nice since have been in lonely trailer park in Arizona. Marv is wonderful. He spent over four hours helping me level my home which is not in his job description. Park is amazing and we will enjoy our time here!!

Have lived here almost 8 yrs. Manager Leilani and Maintenance Supervisor Marvin have been a God send. Came in here a couple years ago and have kept this place safer and cleaner than any others. Always willing to help out. They do their jobs PLUS….. There are residents that have been here a long time and keep their homes clean and in good repair. It is a little community that is shaping its way into the future. If your looking for a home base call the office and talk to the manager she will be glad to help😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed with a friend who lives in this mobile home park, and I was so impressed! The home was beautiful and cozy—way nicer than I expected. The whole park has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe, and the pool was definitely one of my favorite parts. Everything felt clean, safe, and well taken care of. It’s such a lovely community—I can totally see why my friend loves living here!
