I have lived at this park for over three years now, and it is a wonderful place to call home. The xiew of the river is beautiful, and the people you call neighbors are just as nice. Kids can play outside and the parents know they are in a safe place. It’s a great place to be a resident!
This park has really changed since management changed. Seriously everything from a new manager, proper upkeep and even new lighting on the grounds has given it a fresh awesome start. I’m impressed and can’t wait to see how much better it’s going to be as time moves forward. !!

This is a nice park on the river. It is a place you can let your kids play outside in your yards and feel safe. There is fishing at the back of the park along the River or just have a picnic.

Huge improvements with new management seem to be a calm friendly park.
This place changed management which was well overdue . But I’ve seen it only change for the better come out of it. Wish I still lived here in the park. I come to visit family and am jealous of the quiet. I would recommend for anyone that is wanting a family safe and peaceful environment to call home…
