  Shout out to to the management, especially to junior. He keeps our community looking and feeling good. And another shout out to  Rosey for always being helpful, she always helps us further understand the rules of the park. and in general her and Junior are really kind welcoming.

  area is really nice and kept clean. and the management team is very supportive and attentive to their residents. They are always willing to help and are very welcoming.   Management and maintenance are amazing. Very out going when you don’t understand something with your bill statement Rosie will gladly have the patience to let you know what is about. And maintenance is up and keeping the road clean as well as the dumpster area. Such a great upgrade is coming ahead for this community park can wait for the outcome or plans they have.

  The park got upgraded new cameras that work now , new streets the manger Rosie is so nice and the maintenance man jr he does his job , I hope they keep upgrading and they add a playground or something for the kids to do.

  I ve leaving here for more than 2 years and the new manager Rosie she great and so nice and works with you if you are confused of anything to do with the park , I also love how they redid the street and put cameras around the park it’s excellent for kids safety and the maintenance man Jr is a good maintenance man get the job done and if he dnt got time he comes back n finish it after all I like how this park is getting updated and I'm satisfied with the management keep up the good work guys.

  The new management is great , the new ownership Monica is very responsive and has done everything so far that she mentioned while signing new lease. When I see her on site I stop by just to thank her. She is keeping the manager and maintenance on their toes and busy.

  Loving the ideas of the changes they'll be making here giving everyone a one month notice about the changes and that it will bring in new fences and cleaning from over populated parking cars. For Johnny Grace seems like you're aunt threw away the notice that was a month in advance of the changes that was going to be made plus the 10% was also in the notice because of a HUGE change that will happen in the park.
