i must that management and the park are doing excellent and im happy to live in bethel island estaates i love it out here. Carol has been the up most wonderful manager since she’s been on she has taken care of the part. All of it tenants the landscaping and definitely over steps and making sure that she is excellent service. I love being in this park. Everyone is so kind and friendly. And she does such a great job. I was driving through the mobile home park looking at the community and seeing if there was any available units. I couldn't believe how clean and maintained all the properties looked. We’ve been residents of this mobile home park for over 8 years, and from the very first day we applied, Carol made us feel truly welcome—like we were already home. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication stood out from the start. Over the years, we've witnessed the tremendous effort she puts into keeping the park clean, safe, and running smoothly. Whether it’s water, sewer, or electricity, all services have consistently been well-maintained and up to date under her watch. She’s always gone above and beyond—often staying late, checking on residents, and addressing issues before they even arise. Even during the time she was away and the park saw a couple of different managers, it became clear just how much of a positive difference her presence makes. Now that she's back, there’s a renewed sense of order, care, and community. She is genuinely protective of the residents and deeply concerned with everyone’s well-being. I’m a five year resident and it’s great to have Carol back at the helm as manager.  Her personal knowledge of the park and all its amenities and utilities keeps our environment running “smooth as silk”.  Another outstanding attribute is that a resident has to look no further than the office or just pick up the phone in order to have a conversation with our manager. Love this park and management! She is super cool and anytime there is a problem it gets fixed right away. Our water went out for a few hours the other day and she was kind enough to bring us a case of water for the time being. I also love how quiet it is here and safe.

One of the safest places to  live in all Co Co County. Not to mention our awesome park mang Erika Hunt will make you feel so welcome & cared about. We are a warm tight little community that helps eachother when needed.
