Awesome park. Center of everything in Fresno. Super friendly office staff, let us move our spot because of satellite reception.Very clean, NO run down RV’s. Felt very safe. Friendly neighbors. Rate are really good. Highly recommended. Will stay again next year

I go to visit friends and usually there is no problem. It’s nice and quiet. Recently I was told it is private property and I felt imposed on. In fairness everyone is entitled to a bad day once in awhile and I was told by the residents there was a reason they were watchful. It’s kind of pricy but what isn’t these days right?

I have to give this place credit for creative rv spot arrangement. We were given a huge spot for our 5 day stay, just enough grass for the little dog. There was a spot for larger dogs near the entrance, but ours needed more of a leg stretch in the shopping center/bowling alley area next door. Felt very safe in the walled in compound. People were friendly and picked up after their dogs. A good stay. Wifi even worked well!

Lovely park in the city of Fresno! We truly enjoyed our stayed. Corina in the front desk was super helpful and nice. Park has WiFi connection, cable, super spacious sites, full hookup and very close to the mall. The grounds keeper does a great job at keeping the park clean and welcoming.
Great weekly and monthly rates !
Overall I definitely recommend this park.

We made reservations with Heather, she is so helpful and accommodating. Best customer service ever!! We started out with a 1 week stay in October, we needed a second week, and everyone was so kind, even Oscar the maintenance man was helpful, we needed some branches trimmed and he got right on it. All the neighbors were courteous, and friendly. Very pleasant stay. We will be back
