I have been a tenant at Breezewood mobile home park since 2016. Trish is has been the best property manager that we have had in this park since I have lived here. She always takes time to explain things that we need to do or what we need to do to help Keep the park clean and from getting rundown, she always stops and talks to me and her door is always open to listen and is willing to spend time talking about concerns or issues that might be going on in the park. Trish has been a huge part of making this mobile home park, clean and a proud place to live.

Came to the park just to look around trying to buy noticed it was a nice park so figured id talk with the manager. then I met the manager Tricia just a few minutes with her made me want to purchase right then and there. She was very knowledgeable and I felt I would be in good hands if she was the person helping me during and after my first ever house purchase and property rental.

My grandmother owned this park. I don't know when her n my grandpa bought it. Later after my grandpa died my parents moved us there in 1969 to help my grandma. Back then, there were no trailers, only cabins. My dad n his buddy tore down the cabins n turned it into a trailer park. My grandma sold it sometime in the 70s. In the back corner of the park was a fence that had an opening n everyone would go through the fence n swim in the canal. The water was clean back then n we'd always have peaches to eat from the peach orchard back there.
