This is a gem of a community with affordable manufactured homes for sale and a handful of RV sites for rent. Having worked with the community management company, I can say they truly care about their residents and are making big improvements to the community.
Park is really nice , maintenance takes really good care of landscaping , always a clean and safe environment!

I spoke to a very nice lady over the phone to inquire about a new home few weeks ago. They answered all my questions today I came in to tour homes. They are very nice people and the community has grown so much.
Walked in to look at some properties and the women by the name of Dianne, at the office was very nice and polite. Was very knowledgeable answered all my questions I had regarding the properties. I would highly recommend her if anyone was any questions or is interested about the properties they have for sale.

It was an amazing, and quick experience with Casa Estates. We were given 3-4 week time frame, but we got approved in less than a week and closed a day later. They work with people whose credit standing is not so perfect, and it takes a lot of pressure off of you. I recommend them to anyone who needs a little help to find their next home!!
