Several buildings have been completely restored, new office, paving, improved full-time maintenance. On site manager, pet friendly, next to I-5 N & S for quick commute to Redding. RVs mobiles low monthly lease, quiet at night. Many beautiful colorful sunrises facing the Cascade mountains.

Definitely five stars for the new maintenance and construction team that have been doing quite a bit of excellent work.New Management says much more to come. In Park office, very close to I-5 North and South for easy commute to R edding,Red Bluff and Shasta lake.
