Tara the manager is excellent, she helped me find one of my clients a great space to rent. Gave us two options and tour times.

We've been here almost 9 years. 2 years ago they vastly improved the quality and experience of the management and did many structural improvements. We bought a clunker and fixed it ourselves. I would definitely recommend, if they have any available. It is well worth it.Some of our neighbor's have done full remodels and they are very happy as well as we are. The management company is fair and honest with lease and rent increases. Very close to I-5 North and South for easy commute to Redding north or south to Sacramento.

I visited this community and I’m impressed by how clean, quiet, and well-kept it is. Tara does a fantastic job managing the property and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s easy to see the pride that goes into maintaining the community.

We moved here about 2 months ago. All the people we have meet have been so nice and helpful. The park manger Tara has been so helpful. You couldn't find anybody better than her. She has been so much help with all the problems that has happened with moving. She has been a blessing.
