I would like to recognize our park manager geeona for the outstanding job she has done. Since taking on her role, she has greatly improved the management of the park through her wisdom, professionalism, and dedication. She is always fair, approachable, and willing to help residents when issues arise. One of the most noticeable improvements has been how clean and well-maintained the trailer park is under her leadership. Her hard work and attention to detail have created a safer, more pleasant environment for everyone who lives here. We truly appreciate her commitment and the positive impact she continues to make in our community.

The area is quiet and friendly you have everything within a few minutes drive & there is a dog park & kid park down the block. The neighbors are friendly it’s very family oriented and you don’t get any bad vibes. The management is super friendly & helpful she’s always there to talk and help you and answer questions. There’s 2 Walmarts within a 10 minute drive & there’s a bunch of food spots. There’s also a little taco truck across the street & a few streets downs.

Visited Fairfield MH & RV. Missed the manager Geeona. She is always friendly and professional on the phone. Common areas are clean. Park is located walking distance to shops, eateries and even Witt park. Residents are friendly. One nice lady waved as she supervised her little boy playing outside.

Came in to inquire about spaces in the park. The manager Gianna was very nice and knowledgeable. There were tenants in the office and I can see that they felt heard and very receptive to the information that was given. Can't wait to be part of this community.
