This is a very clean park with a very friendly staff. I have lived in many similar parks and I have to say the staff here is friendly, attentive and engaged in what they do. The Manager, Ana is awesome and made me feel at home. The grounds are well kept by staff member Tim. They are both attentive and show care for the tenants who live here.
I bought my home a year and a half ago the gentleman that’s in charge of maintenance I thought he was the manager he takes care of everything anytime I’ve had a problem that’s who I go to he keeps the grounds beautiful his name is Tim very knowledgeable resourceful and respectful and very kind he is a type of employee every establishment should have my five stars are for the maintenance manager “Tim” thank you for always helping our however it is not a safe place to live myself and my neighbors have ADT cameras doesn’t seem to help I have homeless outside my door asking to use my bathroom management is not concerned nor the owners items of being stolen all the time my neighbors have had lots of things stolen owner should know better they should get some fencing some type of Patrol coming through a couple times of day and night there’s no fencing there’s no gating to keep people out my neighbor had over $9,000 of his equipment stolen people just drive right in the owner should know better
I’ve been here for almost 20 years, and I’ve seen the good and bad here. For the past few years it has been a much safer and friendlier place to live. The upgrades are very nice. The pool and common areas are very well maintained and clean. Ana and Tim are doing an awesome job here. Keep up the good work!
I’ve lived here since 2017. It was originally a park built for trailers, and now they’re adding a bunch of double-wide housing. that’s fine and all but i would definitely recommend visiting here before committing to anythin. Imagine going about your day-to-day activities thoroughly. In some of these units it’s hard to get out of your front door, I’ve seen. I love this place dearly, the lot 157 is one i recommend. The aesthetic changes confuse me very much, the pool area in particular stands out because the bench used to be next to the laundromat so it was covered from the elements. Now they’ve moved it under a tree so its covered in bird poop and rain. Theres pros and cons to this place for sure. If i didn’t have such nostalgia and sentimentality to it, I’d probably rate the stars lower. But the community was great when i was younger. I cant speak about now, there’s many new people now, people who im too shy to speak to, but im sure they’re nice. This is definitely one of the best parks in the area.

The maintenance guy, Tim, does an outstanding job keeping up the landscaping and cleanliness of the community. Tim goes above and beyond to make our community safe, clean, and a excellent place to call home.
Mobile State 1898, is in a good place, clean and safe, some expensive, but, is great, above all the attention and interest that the manager gives to the clients is great, it is clear that he cares about maintaining order and resolving the concerns of the inhabitants.
