I have to say that the new management has made a lot of progress here in the park. Debbie and Dave Rose are working hard to make this the place we want and deserve. They are very reachable and approachable, unlike others in the past. Thank you, guys!
Very cute, quiet park. Right across the street from store/gas station and easy on/off I-5.
The new Manager of the park Debbie is an awesome manager and we appreciate their understanding and all the work they have pushed for to be done.
Park is easy access from the freeway nestled among the beautiful trees and right next door to the Golf course who could ask for more.The new management Debbie and Dave are so caring and helpful.
Cute little park, lots of trees and close to Medford and Grants Pass.
Had some issues with sewer transfer pump on n my spot and maintenance was very prompt in solving the issue. They had it fixed in a a hour or so. So far I have been very happy with this park. The management has been great at answering questions.
My expiernce with gold hill was very good nice place good people I met and talked to! Really liked it recommended to anyone

This park has made some BIG changes!! The new community leader and her husband are taking great care of the park and it shows! And it’s located in such a serene location!
