Cute little park, lots of trees and close to Medford and Grants Pass.
David and I would like to share we have had Gold Hill Park less than a year and have made multiple changes to the park such as having the Trees trimmed and working on all areas keeping it up kept for all our tenants. I have a open door policy for all my tenants to reach out to David and I for any concerns or suggestions.
I absolutely love this park.I have lived here 4 Yes, and yes, there has been problems up-and-down.
But Debbie and David Rose are working onot as much as they management. Not so much, but everybody has a job to do. Even the people that live in the community also have to help each other out, but it is a wonderful park.. This is not a paid advertisement. If people complain about the managers, maybe those people should try to manage parks because it’s not easy. When you have 30 to 40 trailers, all complaining about something you know. Managers have to go higher up to get things done. Sometimes it’s out of their hands. That’s just the way it is, and people ought to be more understanding. Like I said, sometimes you gotta help your neighbors or help each other.That’s just common courtesy.I’ve done it.My neighbors have done it for me.As I said it is a wonderful park..

I have to say that the new management has made a lot of progress here in the park. Debbie and Dave Rose are working hard to make this the place we want and deserve. They are very reachable and approachable, unlike others in the past. Thank you, guys!
Under new management! It’s older, but getting a face-lift. Quiet, serene… lots of good stuff on the horizon for this place.

My name is Ralph McNeil. Me and my family have been in the park for 3 years. The new manager Debbie is awesome! She has been doing everything she can to make improvements around the park and keep it going strong. Would recommend this park to anyone who wants peace and quiet and enjoys some shade trees!
Everything has been super smooth and easy! The staff is friendly and very kind. The park is very clean and everyone is very friendly! We are happy to be moving our family into a safe place!
The new Manager of the park Debbie is an awesome manager and we appreciate their understanding and all the work they have pushed for to be done.
