This is such a quaint quiet park! Sandy the Community Leader is a genuine, lovely lady and so very pleasant to work with. This park is located less than a mile from Folsom Lake, walking distance to Raley’s, Ace Hardware, 2 Gyms, and Multiple Restaurants.

The people at this park are amazing! I absolutely love this park and Sandy the park manager is so responsive. Jorge is the maintenance and he is on top of things. If you’re looking for a clean, quality place to call home, then this is the place!

I’m 27. I’ve lived here my whole life. My family has been here for many generations. We’ve been around to see different owners & landlords. We currently have some of the best owners who ensure our park stays up to par & the managers are very friendly. It’s very safe here. They are also pet friendly for your smaller pets. 🙂
I installed windows for Kimberly the community leader at granite bay estates. She was wonderful and easy to work with you can tell she takes pride in her community and there to help. This is a wonderful place to live with amazing staff. !

Lived here for quite some time now, over 20 years. Great location, walking distance from the lake, restaurants, and grocery store. Good management too.
Granite bay is a nice place to live close to the lake and Sandy is a great manager friendly some easy to talk to!
Sandy is such an amazing manager! She was super helpful with anything we needed to get our new home. The park is nice. It’s walking distance to a school and walking distance to restaurants as well as close to Folsom Lake
I have been living here for 4 years and I’m very happy with my neighbors. It’s a very quiet community and that’s great. Everyone is respectful of each other and pleasant. I love the laundry room right across the way from me and the large boxes to receive mail and small boxes too.
Sandy is an amazing manager! She goes above and beyond for her tenants. I’ve lived in this park for almost 40 years and this park is truly my home. It’s an amazing community to live in.
