As the new Community Leader, I am really excited to be here to help assist the residents of Hesperia Estates MHP. We are continuing to improve the Park’s common areas including the newly remodeled bathrooms, landscaping upgrades, and new business signage. We are now adding fresh paint and new flooring in the clubhouse. Please recommend our park to your friends and family. We love and appreciate our residents!

I’ve lived here for almost 14 years now and Joni is a great manager and a great help to anyone in need… Melvin is on top of it and is a great help also….he helped me with my hot water heater…and a irrigation head soaking the yard …many thanks Mel and Joni
I really love the manager she is really sweet and kind she can do what ever you want but just appropriate reason , amazing service here you can do party’s in the lobby area and they really take care of the pool there is no bacteria in the pool they really clean every day when they use it and they are very polite people in this area ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. I love it here have been here for 5 years because of the service and the well being here in this little and huge space 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️
Joni is very kind and caring. She always goes the extra mile and ensures I get my mail due to not me living there any more. She’s very quick to respond and does whatever she can to ensure we get helped!

The park is clean and safe. Management is also friendly. My only problem is the space rent is high.
This is a nice little neighborhood mobile home park. My dad and stepmother live there for over 14 years. Never had any issues. Never had any problems. Park maintenance and staff are nice and keep park clean .
