Great quiet place, not the best looking in comparison to other Mobile Home Parks. But rent space is very affordable.
Been living in this park my whole life it’s the best
I just moved in late June of 2023 and I love the vibe. Very safe feeling and clean park. My neighbor and I are already friends and everyone else has smiles on. The manager is a complete sweet heart and the application process was quick and easy.
I am the new Community Leader of this park and so far I have been very impressed by the residents who seem to really care about their neighbors and community.
I’ve only been here 4 months, but they’ve been great. I can’t speak to previous management, but Laurie and her team have been responsive, and made my move in quick and easy. She is responsive to any concerns, and showed me how to use the online portal to set up auto pay of rent. Set it and forget it, and I never have to think about it.
Park is quiet, clean, and feels safe. It is well lit, and has security cameras in multiple locations. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best, but the Ace Hardware right next door, is a neighborhood gem along with this park. I have no problems with my Amazon deliveries, or with food deliveries finding my space (has been a problem at previous locations).
I may just be an RV resident (there are only a couple spaces for RVs, but I’ve put my RV up on blocks, I’m planning to stay quite a while.
