Management is awesome!
I recently visited this Manufactured Home community with my friend who is looking for a place to rent/buy. We were very impressed with the management at the site. She was friendly, honest, and direct with the process for renting and buying in the community. She did not try to sell us on anything and she was not pushy. To me this is a huge part of looking for residences. I do not want to have a salesperson, I want to have a real person who is willing to give me the facts. She was exactly that. She was also letting us know that they are improving their place by replacing some older models over time. I can imagine that this small little community will only get cuter. Yes, it is a bit older, but it has a charm that is all it’s own. I am not writing this from someone who lives there, but someone who was impressed with the management and the honesty we received, which is rare in this marketplace recently.

This community is really clean and quiet. Its clear many of the home owners here really care about their homes and where they live. Hidden gem!
I have lived here with my friends and my family for more than two years, and everything is very good! The manager is also very warm and friendly. I like it here and it is very safe here.🍃🌴🍒Shopping around here is also very convenient.Next door is the High 🏫 school. My daughter only needs to walk for two minutes to go to school.
UPDATE: I have now been living here for 3 years. I do wish the lots were spaced more for parking and a bit more privacy but other than that I really love this place. They have updated some of the homes that were more broken down looking and improved the appearance since the new ownership. Same park manager is here, Tricia, she remains a great manager of the park!
