  Clean and quite park!  beautifully up kept pool, park manager Trisha is absolutely amazing complete joy and very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect.

  I have to give a shout out to Trisha! She went above and beyond for my husband and I, and got us into a trailer spot with a days notice. She’s so sweet and very helpful as well! Gave us great recommendations on food, entertainment, and adventures for our kids. The park is also really well maintained and easy to navigate. Will definitely be recommending this park to friends & family who need a place to stay in the area!

  Ive been at Manteca MHP and I can honestly say that the management  is outstanding. Tricia is professional, friendly, and responsive. Whether it's handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or addressing any concerns, she goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of.   Manteca MHP is a great place to live.  Been here for 30 years.  Our park manager is always attentive, helpful and accommodating with any needs or issues around the park, which are very few, because it is nearly always well maintained.

  By far one of the best mobile home parks in Manteca in my opinion. Park is always kept clean and regulated a lot of newer mobile homes here that make the park look nice and it looks like the management is working on making the park look bettter. Trisha the park manager is very helpful when it come down to answering questions. 5 starts from me.

  I own steves tree service and have been doing business at manteca MHP for many years . I have only dealt with Tricia who works in the office . She is extremely helpful and on top of everything , she really takes pride in her job . She notifies all her tenants and stays in communication with me until the job is complete which makes everything  so much easier . She always makes sure we are paid as soon as the job is finished! love doing business with them!
