  Mark-J is a lovely little community! Antoinette has been incredibly helpful from the time we booked to any needs we may have during our residency here. All of our neighbors welcomed us with open arms and have been very kind. I love that each lot has designated parking and patio space to make it feel like home.

  Here we are at Mark J's again.  Stayed here 2 years ago and decided to try and get in again. Why? because it is the nicest park in the area clean and well managed.  The staff is the reason, their personal involvement is visible from the overall condition of the facilities down to the personnel touches in the clubhouse.  Great Place to stay!!

  I love it and it's close to places like Rocklin and city of Sacramento or the airport. A lot of great eateries very close by within 1 to 2 miles or less. Location across from Bank and nearby great expensive cars for sale too on Madison Ave. Nice area. But, for Mark J RV 🏞️ Park it's a quiet neighborhood. People nice so far and Rep. for property. I'm so glad I moved here rather than a traditional apartment studio. Dog 🐶🐕 friendly. 🐈 Cats too.

  I’ve only been here at Mark J for a few days. It already feels like home!  I love it here!  Very quiet.  The manager Antoinette has been very helpful, as well as Fred the maintenance man.  The day I pulled in my neighbor Andy came out immediately, introduced himself and asked how he could help me get settled in!

  We called for an RV site and they only took monthly rentals. The lady then proceeded to tell me about other RV Parks that would fit our needs, in the area. I was very impressed by that. She was super helpful

  This is the best park you can stay in Sacramento.  Not only is it spacious, the manager Antoinette is very responsive and takes good care of the property.  She cares about the residents.  It feels and is a safe environment.  The community is friendly and watch out for one another.  There are so many places within walking distance for groceries, merchandise, hardware, coffee, automotive, and multiple eat outs like In and Out, Chick Fila, and Panda Express.  Most residents don’t want to leave, so we stay long term as our home base.
