  Looking for a lot to rent so I can live in my RV full time. Nice neighborhood with lots of services nearby. Park Manager, Debbie seems like she cares a lot and gets things done. Saw her talking with lot renters. Some friendly and some appeared to be curt with her. Maybe they were in a bad mood. She has a very pleasant demeanor. It does seem like a family oriented community. They have a coffee bar in the office, clean showers, ample washer/dryers and some exercise equipment in the building.  I have a few more options to look at but I think I will like it here.

  Great park, awesome core neighbors, super attentive park manager. I’m so impressed with Debbie. All her hard work to choose good residents has created an oasis for us. It’s such a relief to come home and know people are looking out for each other.

  My husband and I have lived here four months now, and we are very happy. Management (Miss Debbie), neighbors, proximity to stores, bank, gas stations, restaurants are all exceptional! The grounds are pleasant and clean as well!

  I have never lived anywhere that I have had a management team work so hard to work with me. Or a manager that is just willing to work with somebody this much . I've lived in quite a few mobile home and trailer parks. And honestly, this is the bestI've ever been treated. And these are the best neighbors that i've ever had.

  If you are looking for a community, this is the place. Residents are friendly, updated laundry, pet friendy. A greatl location! Lots of cleaning up going on - front of park along McLoughlin is looking great.
