I love living here because it’s well taken care of, the manager Candace is so welcoming every time I see her on the property and always makes sure the residents are enjoying the community here and gives us peace of mind, knowing that she is always available and really takes pride in ensuring that this community is the best it can be It’s also very easily accessible to the I-5 but without all the noise of a freeway, because remember you are north of Reading you don’t have to deal with gridlock traffic, and that’s a beautiful thing. This is the gateway to the mountains and what better place to live then mountain Mobile home park I highly recommend this place For you and your family.

Candice nd maintenance have been extremely helpful and appreciated. We have lived here two years so far and any time we have a need from management it is responded to and dealt with so quickly. I am so impressed with the kindness from her. I have lived numerous properties and feel like I can have a conversation and be heard when talking to Candice. Highly recommend them as a property management. They are absolutely great!

Super happy to see this area revitalised, if you knew what it used to look like you would be shocked. This would be the perfect location for an investment property to rent out for people that visit the lake. Or even a summer home for a family. Or of course for a person just looking to live their F/T. Either way it’s a great development that this area has needed for a long time now. Glad to see its doing its job of bringing in good quality people.
