We have been here 3 years and found Denise the property manager and staff to be the BEST manager we ever had!!!! She always gets back to you with concerns. Denise is very professional of the job she does. I highly recommend this park to anyone!!!

This is a beautifully landscaped and well taken care of rv park. The onsite management and the parent company are both very kind, easy to deal with, and really care about their residents! I have lived here for almost 2 years and the new management maintance team Denise and Omar have been wonderful keeping the park clean and safe. reported a maintenance issue at 2 on a Friday and it was corrected by 230. such an approvement from when I moved in.

Give this park 1-2. Lots of bugs/spiders “ black widows not really safe for children ( I’ve stayed at other place that have basic pest/insect control) and dust get on your trailer from farms next door,  I put five stars so this is the first comment you see is not a lot of people actually leave a review. They have a new park manager her name is Denise, She is not the best manager. my contract she said I would get the promotion of $167…  500 in total off my first three months it was on there website never got that so she definitely did something sketchy there. Also here In the month of June rent Is going up $100 even you just signed a lease, which was not the case on top of that you will have homeless people knocking at your door at random hours of the night although they promise it's a gated park the gates do not work. There's usually someone playing music at three in the morning, along with people fighting at random hours of the day. The office is usually not open if they are open, especially when you need your mail you have to call them, and even then they will not answer. You have to hang around the office until they appear. It says pool included, but the pool is seasonal. Also, the laundromat is not very well maintained and very outdated. If you look on the rims of the laundry, especially the one that kinda looks updated. The ring is super dirty.. they will give you violations for the randomness things and once you've corrected them, they will act like they never happened. And will give you the fake smile mainly the new manager. also, there are numbers on the ground and you have an assigned parking space but if someone parks in your spot, they will not be able to help you. They will just call the police and the police, will write you a ticket. Also the park, will give you a violation. There are definitely better parks here in the area. I would not recommend. Random outage low water pressure. Very outdated. List goes on. Lived here for over a year

Denise and her staff are absolutely on top of there game. Constant maintenance and landscaping which shows when you drive throughout the park! When I first arrived, Dennis’s made it so easy for me to apply and helped me throughout the entire process which is very helpful when you are in your early 60’s and technologically challenged! But the most impressive moment was when I arrived with my 5th wheel and had just fractured my ankle and couldn’t hardly walk until I seen a doctor. Denise went out of her way on her day off and located some crutches and personally delivered them to my front door which made me feel very blessed that I had chosen Parkway Lakes for my two year stay here in Morgan Hill! She further impressed me when her and her husband went out of their way to help me set up my trailer because I was struggling to walk! If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would! I have been living here since 2015. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every one looks out for each other. I love living here.
