  Community here is quiet well maintained and set away from the street where it's like a park. Maintenance here is some of the best I've seen the maintenance man is right on top of things and handles every situation with respect and understanding. This place does well to be one of the better places in this area to rent or own a mobile home. To me this place is five stars

  If you’re looking for a high quality home, and a great park this is the one for you. Our experience with Pleasant Valley has been fantastic, thanks to Tracy the manager for staying in contact and helping us through our entire process. He was incredible through the entire process. And Chris, who showed us a variety of houses within our budget and helped us get into the right one for us. They both went above and beyond for us, and we greatly appreciated it. The park is kept clean, tidy and quiet. Really couldn’t ask for more out of a park, and my husband and I are looking forward to our future here.   From the first moment we connected with the staff Margaret and then Juan, we knew we were living in the right park they are personable, caring, efficient, and make this a wonderful place to put roots down. Feeling safe where you live can be rare these days and we feel safe here. Very quiet here also so easy to rest.

  I’m enjoying my retirement and have lived here for about two years now.  The RV space comes with full yard maintenance so no lawn mowing for me! Living in a small RV has low PG&E rate (CARE subsidy). It’s close to town but in a quiet rural Spot.   I manage without a car by using Door Dash or the B-Line door to door service for elders.  The management is very helpful and responsive to any questions.  Thank you Pleasant Valley!

  Big thanks to our maintenance guy (Juan Lopez) for the great work he’s been doing around the RV park. He is also doing an amazing job with the landscaping around the RV park.   The maintenance (Juan lopez) did a great job coming up with an idea for the speed bumps. His solution improved safety and showed real attention to detail.
