  I recently toured this park, met Al, very nice manager. The community is very clean and they have a mini storage next door that they also manage. Safeway and food options are right across the street.

  I think this park is one of the nicest in the area. Al does a good job at keeping it clean and the grass mowed. seems like every time I go to visit my sister in the park he is always working.

  They do a really great job at customer service and making sure that you are comfortable They walk you right through the application process.The park has older mobile homes but they are all very well kept and the park itself is as clean as a whistle It has a very laid-back comfortable feel to it It is quite and the people are friendly We are very happy to be here

  Ponderosa Mobile Estates is a wonderful place to live.  Club house for gatherings and swimming pool that is always sparking clean and the management is friendly and approachable. The grounds are clean and clear of debris.  Ponderosa mobile Estates location is ideal with all the necessities close by and in walking distance:  grocery store, restaurants, cvs, and much more.  Recreational places just a few miles away like Jenkinson’s lake for boating, fishing, kayaking and camping.  Close to Lake Tahoe, Folsom, wineries, Jackson and Apple Hill ranches.   I moved here from Georgetown 2 years ago and I love it here.
My 20 family members will be here celebrating Thanksgiving at the decorated park clubhouse. This is going to be a great time! Management keeps the park looking fantastic!

  I'm here visiting my aunt for Thanksgiving and I love the new entrance. The park looks pristine, soooo clean. The manager, Al is on top of it! Many homes are decorated for the holidays.

  I was lucky to find such a lovely Mobile Home Park in Pollock Pines. I searched many parks in several different areas and discovered Ponderosa Mobile Estates, such a friendly park. The neighbours brought me welcome gifts and helpers welcomed me and made me feel at home. It is the perfect mix of community. I was not sure how I would feel about being in a park as mostly lived in the country. I was drawn to the clean pool, sad that I was too late in the season to swim.
It is the perfect mix of Country and Community. The manager Alan is always available and has assisted me with getting pine needles out from under my deck as I have not received my blower yet. Alan also helped me move furniture in and made himself available for any questions or concerns, internet, cable, etc. Although I have only been living here for a few months. I think I may have found my Happy Place. The management in the park and residents make it special.

  I was in the park visiting a friend. The park was extremely clean and well kept. The neighbors were very friendly.
