  Redding Lakeside Mobile Estates is a peaceful, welcoming community that's beautifully maintained. Candace does a fantastic job creating a true sense of community, and Jeff keeps the property looking clean and well cared for. Their hard work really makes this a great place to call home.   Living here has been a wonderful experience for my family. The park is quiet, family-friendly, and has a real sense of community. It’s been a great place to raise our children, and we’ve enjoyed getting to know our neighbors over the years. Candice, the manager, works hard to keep the park maintained and address concerns when they arise. I especially appreciate the community events and activities that help bring residents together and make it feel like more than just a place to live. No place is perfect, but overall, we’re grateful to call this community home. I would definitely recommend giving this place a look.

  Lived here since 2018, ben through 4 managers…..our current manager Candace has changed this park’s atmosphere, she’s really the only reason for 5 ⭐️. Its simply a quiet place to live. I love it…Im a disabled vet and appreciate the care she puts in to her job….she literally own’s her job, she’s there with resources if needed, she thinks outside the box to help, she definitely has had solutions for me when i didn’t. My only issue, we used to have a great maintenance guy, he would stop by my house and other disabled people in our park and the park next to us….just to ask if we need any assistance fixing simple things (tightening bolts, simple plumbing repairs, insuring A/C systems didn’t leak…he crawled under my house to fix and air leak as I can’t, just because, no payment wanted, and I tried. However, the new maintenance guy is useless, he’s rude, can’t say hello, acts like somehow he’s superior to you, would probably walk right by you struggling and not say a word…..and the best part, he’s has an issue with the truth. So hey, beautiful Norcal living, decent neighbors, great manager…..those 2 things ever change, and its Adios Amigo

  Best Landlord anybody could ask for if something Needs to happen she makes it happen or she tries her best. If you have questions about literally anything she can help you and she is by far the best Landlord ever.

  I’ve lived in this community since 2018, and over the years Candace has been the most reliable and caring manager we’ve had through all the turnover in ownership and staff. She genuinely works to support residents and keep things running as smoothly as possible. In the past, maintenance was very on top of things and the property was well cared for. Recently, I’ve noticed a change in the overall upkeep. There have been ongoing concerns with general maintenance and cleanliness in some areas, including trash in the ditches also there is no fire clearance around property line which is especially concerning given the increased fire risk in our region. This community has a lot of potential, and I hope to see continued attention to maintenance and safety moving forward so it can stay the great place it has been in the past. Candace keep up the good work!!!

  Candace, the manager at Redding Lakeside, truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She doesn’t just manage the property—she creates a real sense of community. From hosting home-cooked Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to always being there when residents need her, she treats everyone like family. It’s rare to see this level of care and dedication.   Awesome little park,  very well maintained and in good shape. Seems to be a tight knit community / very friendly tucked away in the mountains but also close to shopping/food/dining in Shasta Lake city. Candace is very helpful and knowledgeable, gets work done quickly and efficiently when you do have a question or need help. I love this community.
