Candace does a wonderful job creating a welcoming sense of community, and Jeff keeps the property looking clean and well cared for.   Great place to live. The management is awesome. Her name is Candace and she does numerous things for the community including stuff for the kids during holidays. Quiet little park on the Sacramento River. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a lifetime home.
