I had a great experience renting a space here. Hannah was amazing and made the whole process very smooth. Her communication and compassion make you feel valued and cared for. You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people and animals that reside there. I was a little uncertain about the area but can honestly say I didn't have any issues. The neighbors were respectful and I always felt safe.

I don't usually leave reviews but I signed a move in lease yesterday and had to come on here to say that Hannah was wonderful to work with and she helped my family find the perfect spot (it's awesome). You can tell she cares and she enjoys doing a good job. I'm impressed by the neighborhood and how easy the process was.

The current manager of this park, Hanna, is probably the best thing that has ever happened to this park. She actually cares about the welfare of the residents and looks out for the best interest of all.

First off let me tell you that Sutherlin estates and Monte Christo have been a wonderful experience. When I didn't think I was going to ever be able to own a home with less than perfect credit, they made it happen for us. Hannah has been a dream from start to finish. She is probably one of the most kind and flexible park managers I have met. Going above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend taking the time and calling Hannah if you are looking to buy a home and seeing what she has to offer. Big shout out also to Chris and Mark for helping through the process. Thank you everyone for making our dreams come true. I would like to also say to the two gentlemen that started this company. Thank you for what you are trying to accomplish. Keep up the good work.
