5 Stars!!! I cannot explain enough how wonderful it is to live here. Ben who is the Property Manager goes above and beyond to make sure the property and homes are well kept and maintained. He creates an atmosphere that is inviting and welcoming. Apart from being such a good human being he is truly the right person to manage the community. Also, the application process is smooth and stress free. Anything that needs to be resolved, Ben acts immediately, and is so reassuring. I am happy to be a new resident here. Management is super nice and the customer service we have received from them has been beyond amazing. The process was super quick for us to get a response to see if we were going to be approved for one of their houses. As well I do want to add that the changes on the park have been noticeable since the new manager has been in charged.
The move in process was super quick and easy. Upon moving in I had an issue with my plumbing and my AC not working. This was due to my unit sitting vacant for a few months and not having the usual circulation, no big deal. Ben had someone to my unit to fix these issues within 24 hours!!! I have never experienced such quick and efficient service from a landlord! He was apologetic and assured me I would be taken care of as they want me to have a great quality of life living here. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone, especially those like myself that work hard and want to come home to a peaceful place and just want a quick response to anything that may arise. They really take amazing care of you here!!!!!
We have a new manager from MonteCristo, and he has been working very hard to address some of to the challenges at the park, the Current Manager Ben is very effective and is helping me resolve some of the issues, so this park is on its way to becoming a prime location to live in San Jose.
The property manager Ben is so helpful, patient and very attentive to the residents. He recently helped me with an issue and presented me a solution And I’m very grateful for him being here helping and serving us as a manager. I hope he stays around and continues to clean the park and keep things in order. Very satisfied with his service.
I had an amazing experience touring one of the units with Benjamin. Ben is very detail oriented and friendly. Amazing customer service and very accommodating i look forward to living here!
