This park is awesome! Its county settings, but close to shopping and places to go, Hannah has been an awesome property manager, Always there if you need anything, and, Gets things done.

Like most families we were struggling with the fear of rising rent , utility bills , food , and raising our children on top of it. We had given up the idea of owning a home. We have been working on our credit scores for years but nothing close to what you need for a home loan. We were stuck in our tiny apartment forever until they kick us out. Until one night my handsome was searching the internet and came across a website for a trailer park with a trailer for sale. He showed me the post and said you should call tomorrow. I thought to myself here we go again another rejection, another let down. But I agreed and I called the next morning. Unfortunately the trailer was being closed on already . Then the voice on the other end of the line said they had another trailer not listed yet , it was being cleaned out if I wanted to know more about it. I hesitated then said yes please. She told me about this wonderful trailer that was perfect for a family sitting in a nice family oriented park. I am so very thankful for Hannah ! She was our light at the end of the tunnel ,our beacon of hope we had given up on. With in-house financing supported through the park and a down deposit , no credit report we have our little slice of heaven. Sutherlin Estates has changed our lives and we are so very thankful!
