Moved in three months ago, Dave the manager is always helpful and courteous. Park is always clean with the staff on top of it. Really glad we decided to make this our home.

Love this place!. Close to everything you need. Pretty much long term residents live here so people are very friendly and quiet. The Manager David is very helpful and nice, if you need propane it’s available twice a week for purchase just arrange with the manager, showers are available as well. Pretty good neighborhood and I felt safe here. Ppl love dogs as well. If you need a place to stay this is your spot.

Very nice place. My second time parking here. Everyone very friendly, quite peaceful. Manager is awesome and accommodating. Close to Starbucks, restaurants , hospital and grocery store within walking distance. The park by the bay, less than 10 min drive. You can buy propane on site, showered also available. If you pay your bills you will like it here!

Dave is a cool cat. He is the best landlord and we have truly enjoyed staying here for over a year. Dave is very easy to work with and he keeps the trailer park clean and quiet. He addresses all issues before they become serious problems. Clean trailer park where anyone would be happy to stay.

I just moved into Trailer Haven Park and David, who manages the park made the process so easy. I got the application filled out and he let me know that I was approved right away and I moved in a few days later. Couldn't have been any easier. He was also very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns.
