If you want to scape from the city this is a very affordable place to live, it’s clean and quiet , manager is very helpful and friendly
In the last 2 years I’ve visited the Mobile Home park a few times. The park has always been clean and well maintained, even when it was in different stages of upgrades. The maintenance team has always been friendly and outgoing with greetings. The on-site manager is the best. Susan is friendly and knowledgeable about her community.

Beautiful place to live
Since ownership changed a few years back, the park has much improved. Maintenance & owners show they do care. Susie the office manager is beyond attentive along with a great outgoing, friendly, caring, supportive, take action ‘now not later’ attitude. We do wish that parking was less of an issue for guests, yet better than lots of other communities. Also some type of low income offers (short or long term) from the park owners would be a big help with elders/seniors to support us that are at a struggling point to pay the space rental (of course upon completion to prove hardship). Still a 5 star review as much improved from years past.
I recently had the opportunity to tour Ceres Mobile Estates, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how pristine and well-maintained everything appeared. The cleanliness of the space was truly commendable.
However, what really made the experience exceptional was the presence of the Park Manager, Susy. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the perfect mobile home made the entire tour a delight.
Not only did Susy provide insightful information about the various amenities and features of the mobile homes, but she also took the time to understand my preferences and needs. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression.
Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of my tour experience. The mobile homes themselves were beautiful and well-maintained, but it was Susy’s exceptional customer service and inviting personality that truly made the difference. Thanks to her, I left feeling excited about the prospect of calling one of these mobile homes my own.

I recently purchased a home, and I must say, throughout the entire process, the office manager, Susie, was incredibly helpful and kind. She efficiently processed my paperwork, promptly responded to my calls and emails, and when I brought up any concerns before moving in, she addressed them promptly. Although it may be premature to give a review since I haven’t lived here long, if my moving-in experience is any indication, I’m confident that I’m in good hands for the duration of my stay.
