The new manager really cares and is making great improvements in the community. Water drainage has been an issue, but the city of S. Lake will be making improvements in the next year.

I lived here for about a year now, the park has made some great improvements! The manager on site Carolina really cares and engages with residents. Great place to live with very friendly residents as well!

This park has a new manager, and she is really doing an amazing job, they have made several improvements to the grounds. This is a hidden gem not far from the mouth of heavenly valley ski run , close to base camp lots of good shopping and restaurants near by as well. Beautiful views and very serene.
