I appreciate how prompt Danielle and Jeff were to invite our family into Oakgrove mobile community. They are very welcoming, relaxed, and good people to be affiliated with as our family just bought our new home. Thank you for accepting us and helping us get through the process smoothly and quickly!

Wow, what a difference! This park had a pretty bad reputation a few years ago, but the transformation is honestly mind-blowing. You can really see the pride and effort that is being put into the community. The property looks cleaner, more cared for, and the overall atmosphere has completely changed. It’s amazing to see how much progress has been made in such a short time. Huge credit to the current management for turning things around and creating a community that people can be proud to call home!

I cannot say enough good things about the management, Jeff and Danielle! My MIL (82yo) has lived there for 1.5 years and they have been kind, compassionate and very helpful. The park is very well maintained and the homes are kept up. No issues with anything being taken if left outside. We are moving her to a permanent house soon and my MIL is sad to leave the park. She’s happy to be out of a travel trailer but will miss the park and the residents. There are no problem residents at this park, it is a nice, quiet, family park that I highly recommend.

Occasionally I will get on here and read the reviews, to my disappointment I saw a negative review that was to me out of character for this park. I will say I still see Danielle and Jeff work tiredlessly to still achieve a beautiful park. Unfortunately, I think sometimes when people move in here they don't read their contract or just maybe think it doesn't apply to them. Everywhere you go to live there are rules and regulations to abide by, I don't feel that Oak Grove Mobile Home Park ask really to much, keeping a nice yard so the parks overall view is beautiful should be something all of the tenants want. My point being Danielle and Jeff have from the moment they took over caring for this park turned it around to be a beautiful, family friendly, safe park. Everyone should take pride in knowing they have two people wanting what all of us want, which is beauty surrounding our homes. Thank you Danielle and Jeff for all that you have done to make that possible.

We had an outstanding experience working with the management at this mobile home park. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and truly understand our client's unique circumstances instead of treating us like just another application. Our client faced significant barriers to obtaining permanent housing, but the park manager Danielle and Jeff remained patient, encouraging, and committed throughout the entire application process. They went above and beyond to help ensure everything was completed correctly and communicated with us every step of the way. Because of their dedication my client was able to secure permanent housing—an outcome that will have a lasting positive impact on her life. It's rare to find management that combines professionalism with such genuine care for people. Thank you for your compassion, integrity, and willingness to make a difference. Your efforts are changing lives, and we are incredibly grateful. We highly recommend this mobile home park and its management to anyone looking for a welcoming and caring community.
