Great community with a nice location in Atwater. The park is working on improvements, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A great place to consider if you’re looking for a mobile home or RV community!

El parque se mira diferente si está caro para vivir pero vale la pena, la manejadora siempre bien amable y el maintenance bien atendido.

Management and maintenance are amazing. Very out going when you don’t understand something with your bill statement Rosie will gladly have the patience to let you know what is about. And maintenance is up and keeping the road clean as well as the dumpster area. Such a great upgrade is coming ahead for this community park can wait for the outcome or plans they have.
